The quality management system must bring about the ongoing improvement and control of all work processes. Its aim is to achieve the safe-guarding of quality requirements of all services and products. Duty assignments, responsibilities and competences are to be clearly determined, documented and communicated.

In the management review, the management board controls, in agreed upon intervals, the efficiency and results of all the processes. Immediate measures will be taken should an irregularity or divergence be ascertained.
